We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Assistant to join our successful PR Company.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • You have experience in hiring and recruitment and are well adept at finding candidates with the right skills, behaviors, and competencies for a multitude of digital marketing roles
  • You are experienced in using recruitment platforms such as Indeed.com
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You are experienced in time management and organizing diaries effectively
  • You have experience working as a recruiter in digital marketing
  • You regularly use apps such as G Suite, Adobe, Monday.com, Asana, etc for communication, organization, and workflow
  • You are familiar and passionate about working within music industry
  • You have a clear understanding of what’s needed to secure brilliant outcome
  • You are passionate about your work being consistent and are passionate about providing a great service
  • You are happy to work as necessary to help artists in different timezones, under flexible working hours
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Recruitment assistant will support the Leadership Team and will be responsible for sourcing outstanding candidates to join our team. You will demonstrate a professional and motivated approach, to source the very best talent for our team and to keep reliable records and communication with candidates and our team.

MUST HAVE FOR THIS ROLE:

  • English as first or second language
  • Expertise in recruitment
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms, Indeed etc
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
