Role Type: Full-time Recruiter Engagement: Independent Contractor Canadian Timezone Key Responsibilities Conduct screening calls and initial interviews for a high volume of candidates across multiple roles. Prepare and issue job offers efficiently and accurately at scale. Manage recruitment operations and administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the process. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate flow and timely communication. Utilize recruitment tools and office applications (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, ChatGPT, and related systems) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment operations. Proven experience managing screening, interviewing, and offer preparation processes at scale. Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency. Bilingual in English and French (highly preferred).
