As a Recruitment Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll work across multiple departments, and across both Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies, helping to deliver a seamless recruitment experience from start to finish. From responding to applicants and coordinating interviews to supporting assessment centres and processing pre-employment checks, your work will directly impact the future of our police forces.
