Visiting Angels offers non- medical In-home care for our elder loved-ones.
A Visiting Angels Caregivers’ purpose is to provide assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, errands, and meal management. We also provide protective oversight for our vulnerable clients, assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, and most importantly companionship for our dear clients. We do all of this to help our clients continue to live and age safely in their beloved home. This position will be responsible for interviewing Caregivers.

QUALIFICATION:

• Must have proven verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and willingness to be flexible and adaptable as needed.
• Must be mature, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person that wants to be a team player.
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, talking on the phone with field employees and clients on a daily basis, be gifted at working with various personality types and be able to multi-task and produce positive results.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have good phone skills and excel at Customer Service.
• Must be organized.
• Must be self-directed and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and Outlook.
• Must have a positive attitude and exhibit patience.

POSITION PURPOSE:

As the Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the hiring process is always moving forward with the highest level of customer service and communication skills. This is a REMOTE position, that is TEMPORARY.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule & conduct all initial phone interviews for all locations.
• Conduct candidate reference checks.
• Process candidate leads that come from Corporate.
• 10 hours / week to be scheduled sometime Mon-Fri between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Arizona Time). The exact hours daily will be at the discretion of the Recruitment Assistant.
• Provide high quality communication of services and information.
• Schedule in-person interviews for all candidates moving forward.
• Document all call information per standard operating procedures and ensure appropriate individuals are informed.
• Maintain excellent, kind and respectful communication with all staff members.
• Must be able to manage your time and stay within 10 hours / week.
• This position is eligible to receive paid training and a phone stipend.
