Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

At Bayards, you will work in a committed HR team within an international organization where the pace is high and the standards are set high. You ensure that our recruitment processes run smoothly and directly contribute to getting the right people in the right place.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support our HR & Recruitment Manager in finding and hiring new colleagues. You are the connecting link behind the scenes and make sure the process runs efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively searching for candidates and learning how to identify strong profiles;
  • Communicating kindly and carefully with candidates, including handling rejections respectfully;
  • Conducting initial phone screenings to create a first impression;
  • Scheduling job interviews and coordinating agendas efficiently;
  • Monitoring the progress of recruitment procedures and ensuring timely follow-up;
  • Keeping job postings online up to date and appealing;
  • Maintaining contact with external agencies and liaising with HR colleagues.
