As a key member of our recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to assist in sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles within the business. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, we are committed to providing full training and support to help you excel in this role.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Prior industry experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
  • The ability to commit to permanent full time work - 40 hours per week Mon to Fri.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Review position briefs and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with the relevant team leaders and senior staff
  • Provide written summaries of interested and shortlisted candidates and follow through on any other tasks, such as reference checking and assessment booking
  • Draft letters of offer and manage the coordination of probation reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
