Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This isn’t about sitting behind a desk. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the front—developing your team, building client relationships, and driving both temp and perm placements.
It’ll be demanding, fast-paced, and sometimes frantic. But with the right backing, those challenges feel rewarding, not draining.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and develop a team to deliver against targets
  • Win new business and nurture existing client relationships
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for temp and perm
  • Ensure compliance, adverts, and placements meet our standards
  • Promote the Aligra brand locally across social media and the market
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
