Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager for Australia and New Zealand, we’re looking for a Recruitment Branding Specialist to help establish, manage, and scale our global employer brand across Australia and New Zealand, while activating content across platforms like LinkedIn, SEEK, and Instagram. This is your chance to shape how we show up in the ANZ talent market.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Proven experience (3+ years) building and activating employer brands in the ANZ labour market.
  • Deep familiarity with social media and content marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and SEEK.
  • Experience producing compelling and well designed recruitment marketing/employer brand content including blogs, graphics, employee stories, and videos.
  • Experience using Canva.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a measurable recruitment branding strategy that reflects our Power Your Possible employment brand across the ANZ region.
  • Own and manage the day-to-day content calendar across platforms including LinkedIn, SEEK, Instagram and our careers site—creating a cohesive, compelling voice across all candidate touchpoints.
  • Design and deliver creative social-first content (video, photo, graphics, blog) to elevate our talent presence and tell our people stories in authentic and engaging ways.
  • Develop and manage our SEEK employer profile and LinkedIn Life pages, ensuring these channels remain fresh, strategic, and aligned to our hiring goals.
  • Be a hands-on storyteller—interview employees, write copy, capture moments, and create standout content for use across internal and external channels.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and the Global Employer Brand team to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
  • Monitor recruitment branding campaign performance and platform insights, turning data into action and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a founding voice of recruitment marketing in the region—shaping tools, resources, and best practices for the long term in partnership with our global centre of excellence.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition and HR team on various projecs and initiatives.
