We currently have an opportunity for Recruitment Business Partner to join our Volume Recruitment team and play a key role in supporting the volume recruitment requirements for the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Reporting to the Head of Volume Recruitment, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers on site to understand the role requirements and ensure we connect the right people. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Manage a fast-paced recruitment pipeline across multiple roles Manage the recruitment process from advertising through to offer Coordinate and facilitate group interview sessions Responsible for pre-employment compliance requirements and checks Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates What You’ll Bring (experience required) Experience as a high volume recruiter who is confident in managing a busy dashboard with a variety of roles Ability to build relationships and network effectively, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Experience using HR/Recruitment systems More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
