Description:
We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our Volume Recruitment Team. Reporting to the Head of Volume Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from advertising through to offer acceptance for various blue collar roles.
Responsibilities:
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring all pre-employment requirements have been met, through to offer acceptance.
- Proactively build, manage and maintain a pipeline of candidates
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers
