Candidate Manager, Civil | Adelaide Location: Adelaide, SA | Salary: $90,000 + super + team profit shareType: Full time, permanentFlexibility: Hybrid + Flexi Friday’s

Love the pace of blue collar recruitment? Own the candidate side of a growing civil desk. Fetch is growing our South Australian Civil team, and we're looking for a Candidate Manager to lead candidate delivery. You'll source, screen and place skilled civil workers into roles brought in by our Senior Account Manager, and National Clients. You'll own the candidate experience from first call through to the end of their first week on site.

• What you'll do Build active talent pools across key civil trades, ready before the jobs come in
• Source candidates through job ads, our database, referrals, social media and headhunting
• Run structured screening interviews covering skills, availability and site readiness
• Get every worker compliant, briefed and site ready before Day 1
• Complete Day 1 and Week 1 aftercare, then hand over to our Workforce Coordinator
• Spot new client leads in every candidate conversation

• About you Must have: 1.5 – 2 Years experience in recruitment, labour hire or candidate management, ideally in blue collar, civil or construction
• Confidence making and taking a high volume of candidate calls every day
• Knowledge of labour hire compliance, including inductions, working rights and safety tickets
• Resilience and a positive attitude when things move quickly
• A true team player who works closely with our Account Managers to deliver as one team
