Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

In this role you are part of the global Recruitment CoE Team, working on global solutions that support our Talent Acquisition Function across the countries to recruit the right Talent for TMICC. You will focus on ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the end-to-end Recruitment process by supporting our Teams in Market with the right skills and knowledge. In this role you will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners in the countries and collaborate with colleagues from the central Teams, such as the TLO or Reward Team, to develop products that are fit for purpose.
As this is a newly established role you will have lots of opportunities to leave your mark and shape the future of our Recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing the functional Onboarding and Upskilling Plan for our Talent Acquisition Community
  • Providing insights on external Market Trends and setting high quality standards of Recruitment experience towards internal and external stakeholders, incl. KPI Monitoring
  • Supporting Markets with guidance on external Research (Target Group Insights, Labor Market Insights, Competitor Analysis, external Benchmarking) to influence Data-based decision making on EB/Talent/Recruiting related strategies
  • Ensuring central strategies, tools, activations are being rolled out smoothly in countries and market lens is covered throughout central creation process and for CI (local needs/challenges/legal circumstances,etc…)
  • Engaging the regions to ensure local activations, Best Practice Sharing, Learning culture and local contribution to global agenda in order to create diverse products
  • Ensuring DEI practices are established and consistently reviewed throughout the end-to-end Recruitment journey
