Description
Company Description Make a real impact at AFCA. Where fairness drives every decision. Help us deliver world-class, independent complaints resolution for Australians. As a not-for-profit and progressive financial ombudsman, we’re championing positive change. Achieving our purpose takes progressive thinking, accountability and resilience. At AFCA, our inclusive leadership values every voice. We offer our people flexible work options, thoughtful benefits and opportunities to deepen expertise. Flourish in a diverse, caring culture. Feel the difference of belonging to an organisation intentionally designed to put people first. Job Description Ok, so we know that everyone says that they've got the best team in recruitment but hands down, we really do. Prove it you say! Well, we could lean on our team Engagement Score of 100%, yes, you read that right, 100%. Or we could talk about our Hiring Manager NPS of 86, Candidate NPS of 93 or any number of other metrics. Or possibly some of the amazing awards we've won over the past few years for excellence in candidate experience and employer branding (not to brag). But honestly, what makes this team hands down the best team in recruitment is their genuine "care and passion". The "care" and support they show each other. The "care" for providing the best candidate experience. The "passion" for achieving great stakeholder outcomes and for delivering on AFCA's purpose. Oh, and we have a load of fun while doing it! So, what will I be doing you ask? This role will offer vairety galore. You'll provide end to end recruitment support for a mixed client group that is front and centre delivering AFCA's purpose every day. As a Recruitment and Careers Consultant you will partner with leaders to devise and execute creative, fit for purpose sourcing and assessment strategies. You will act as the key contact for our candidates, ensuring a best in market experience and you'll get involved in creating and running assessment centres, with an opportunity to utilise your creative side with some exciting project work. This is an initial 6 month contract. Qualifications So, what experience will set you up for success? Ideally, you’ll be immediately available for an initial 6 month contract. There may be opportunities beyond the 6 month mark but we can’t promise sorry. You will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment (this really is a busy and varied role). You will be curious, motivated and eager to learn. You'll love what you do, and be eager to bring your energy, enthusiasm and creativity to AFCA. You'll be at your happiest in a closely knit team environment. In terms of experience, this role is suited to candidates who have some previous inhouse experience, are happy being hands on and working across a variety of roles and portfolio's. Additional Information To apply: If you're passionate about fairness and this role resonates with you, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't tick every box. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, abilities, sexual orientations and gender identities.
