Recruitment Office – Schulich School of Music
Position Summary:
The Student Recruitment Office at the Schulich School of Music is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Recruitment Communications Ambassador. This role focuses on preparing promotional materials and serving as a student ambassador during outreach events. While this ambassador’s position has a distinct focus (graphic design), all ambassadors are part of a unified team. You will work closely with one another, attend team meetings, contribute to group brainstorming sessions, and support each other’s efforts during major recruitment events. A collaborative mindset is essential.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • Experience with Canva design software.
  • Ability to create visually compelling promotional materials aligned with Schulich’s branding.
  • Strong proofreading skills and a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable taking on different roles within the team and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about the Schulich School of Music and eager to share your experience with prospective students.
  • Ability to represent the school positively and respectfully in various settings, including virtual and in-person events.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Currently enrolled in the Schulich School of Music.
