CER Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. Responsibilities

THE ROLE & BENEFITS AS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT AT CER EDUCATION:

  • Location: St James House, Vicar Lane, Sheffield S1 2EX (10 min walk from Sheffield Train Station)
  • Uncapped commission structure

  • Hybrid / Work from Home available after induction (1 day WFH, 4 in office)
  • Hours: 7.30-5.00 (term time) and 8.00-2.00 (school holidays)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
