What You'll Be Doing: End‑to‑end management of an Allied Health 360 recruitment desk Proactively drive business development, identifying and converting new client opportunities Build strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare clients and AHP professionals Source high‑quality candidates through networking, referrals, database management, social media, and job boards Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening and interviewing through to placement Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions Identify opportunities for growth within your desk and expand existing accounts Collaborate with a high‑performing team, sharing market intelligence and best practice What You’ll Bring: You’ll thrive in this role if you are: An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within AHP or healthcare Passionate about business development and building new client relationships Commercially driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets Confident managing a busy desk in a fast‑paced environment A strong communicator who builds credibility with clients and candidates Resilient, proactive, and motivated to grow your market Who will you be working for?
