Ailsa Response is a specialist Recruitment Agency in the Health and Social Care sector. We are currently seeking a proactive and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, working full-time on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for a variety of roles across our organisation. This position requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of recruitment practices, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Care Assistant roles across the company.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead, Service Managers, and Social Media Manager to prioritise staffing needs.
  • Track and manage the recruitment progress of each candidate.
  • Conduct interviews and recruit team members who align with our company values.
  • Ensure PVG applications are completed accurately and references meet Safer Recruitment standards.
  • Schedule induction training for new starters across services.
