Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in sourcing and selecting dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional support to those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, attract, and recruit talented nurses and carers with a passion for complex care.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
· Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ suitability for various roles within the team.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
· Maintain a structured and organised database of candidates and recruitment activities.
Your Skills and Experience:
· Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.
· Proficient in the use of recruitment databases and IT systems.
· Strong organisational abilities with excellent time management.
· A genuine passion for healthcare and making a positive difference.
· Ideally managed the COS process for onboarding international candidates.
