THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and developing your own client portfolio within the property industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the property sector
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of property-related roles
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to both clients and candidates
• Meet and exceed individual performance targets
• Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
