Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday : 8:00am – 4:00pm
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £18,000 - £20,000 PA

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in recruitment, or a sales role including lead generation and client acquisition.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
· Proficiency in managing customer relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
· Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in CRM, social media and Microsoft Office Suite.

APPRENTICESHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

· To not already hold a recruitment qualification at level 3 or above.
· To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths.
· To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
