This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the dynamic field of recruitment and sales. As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, you’ll be entrusted with responsibilities such as candidate sourcing, conducting initial screenings, and assisting in matching suitable individuals to specific positions. Join our friendly and positive team!

Typically, you’ll be carrying out these types of duties every day:

  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Assist in matching candidates to positions
  • Manage candidate database and records
  • Coordinate interview schedules
  • Support administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with policies and laws
  • Foster candidate engagement and communication
  • Contribute to team collaboration and learning
  • Cold calling to find potential leads
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

You’ll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.
Working hours: Mon - Thu 9:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Fri - 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.(1 hour lunch break)
Salary: £14,040.00
