Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Fri 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)

As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, you’ll play an active role in identifying talent and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll be fully trained while gaining practical experience and professional development.

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conducting initial screenings and telephone interviews
• Matching suitable candidates to vacancies
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database
• Coordinating interview bookings with clients and candidates
• Supporting administrative and compliance tasks
• Engaging with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Contributing to team activities and collaboration
• Making outbound calls to generate potential leads
• Ensuring all communication is professional and confidential
