The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who is:

• Passionate about people, as you will be focused on building strong relationships with our team, applicants and clients
• Thorough with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting all applications, and presenting job offers
• Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety with our AWF field employee workforce
• Equally passionate about recruitment and customer service whilst ensuring we are providing the highest level of account management to our clients

Ideally you will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a service, sales or business development role
• Knowledge in the civil and infrastructure industries however not mandatory
• Exceptional client service skills and the ability to form strong lasting relationships
• Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
• Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills
• Proactive and process-driven
• Hunger, passion, and drive to get the job done, with a 'never give up' attitude
