THE ROLE:

We are seeking an organised and performance-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and onboarding suitable candidates who want to train and qualify as driving instructors with Bill Plant Driving School.
You will be responsible for managing a steady flow of warm leads, assessing suitability against our requirements, and ensuring candidates commit to the training programme. While there are monthly recruitment targets - all interactions are with prospective trainees who have already expressed interest.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and assess suitable candidates for driving instructor training.
• Manage and progress a pipeline of prospective trainees from initial enquiry through to training commitment.
• Conduct suitability checks and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Clearly explain our training process, expectations, and franchise opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
