THE ROLE.

You'll work closely with an experienced Division Manager on one of our established desks, learning the craft properly from day one. You'll:

• Build and grow your own candidate and client portfolio
• Drive new business with urgency and purpose
• Interview, assess, and shortlist talent with real precision
• Negotiate offers and manage the process end-to-end
• Build a reputation in the market that's genuinely yours
• Start mentoring others as you step into a senior role
