ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re on the lookout for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a warm desk in either the healthcare, professional services, or community sector space. Working part-time on a 6 month temp contract (possibility of extension!!), you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — from advertising, sourcing and setting interviews to client management and placement.
As this is a job share position, strong communication is key to the success and future of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across temp or perm roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
Write compelling job ads, screen applicants, and conduct interviews
Provide a high-touch experience for clients and job seekers alike
Contribute to business growth through client engagement and delivery excellence
