Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through candidate placement.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across assigned sectors.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed candidate profiles and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.

Client Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client hiring requirements, organizational structures, and workforce challenges.
• Conduct detailed job briefings and clarify role expectations, qualifications, salary levels, and timelines.
• Provide clients with market insights regarding talent availability, compensation, and recruitment trends.
