REQUIREMENTS

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and specifications that attract suitable candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
