Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment procedures, pinpointing and placing talented candidates in diverse generalist office and commercial roles.
- Unearth fresh business opportunities, conducting in-depth market analysis and reaching out to potential clients in the office and commercial sectors.
- Nurture fruitful partnerships with existing clients based on a keen understanding of their recruitment needs.
- Set clear performance goals, provide robust feedback and drive team excellence.
- Develop the potential within your team through training, mentoring and support, ensuring a well-informed service to our clients.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of market fluctuations, adjusting strategies and keeping clients and candidates in the know.
