As a Recruitment consultant you will source and attract candidates to the company.
You will be working around experienced Recruiters who will be able to help you settle in and develop as a Recruitment Consultant.

The ideal candidate:

• Driven, hungry, ambitious
• Up to 12 months recruitment experience OR 12 months sales experience
• Confident, personable, good communicator, intelligent
• Happy to conduct cold calls and work in a target-driven environment

Recruiting Staff for Temporary positions and managing new and existing Accounts within our Complex care and/ or our NHS department.

• Advertising Vacancies using a wide range of media
• Headhunting - sourcing and contacting suitable clients
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews
• follow checks to meet regulator standards. (e.g. Reference checking)
• building relationships with clients
• Marketing on Social media

You will be required to work with the team in managing the out of hours service on a shared rota in addition to the working hours for this role. This is a shared and fair system, for example - 1 weekday evening per week + 1 weekend in 3/4/5.
We are looking for energetic individuals that are self motivated and ready for a challenge.
The ideal candidate will be process driven, Strong IT skills and confident in their abilities.
Salary will depend on experience and will be based on 37.50 hour week
