WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re not fussed about years of experience. We’re looking for evidence of grit, drive, and a pattern of high performance - people who leave “breadcrumbs of success” behind them.

You might have:

• A short stint in recruitment in the UK
• A background in competitive sports and a winner’s mindset
• Experience in Dubai Real Estate (if you can survive that, you can survive anything)
• Graduated and gone above and beyond the classroom - maybe you’ve built a side hustle, held a leadership role, or launched something of your own
