As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Energy team, specifically focusing on Transmission and Distribution. With the energy sector expanding rapidly, there’s no better time to become a part of this dynamic team, where no two days are the same.

THE ROLE:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for permanent roles – from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
• Building strong relationships with clients and truly understanding their hiring needs.
• Engaging top talent through headhunting, networking, and job boards.
• Conducting interviews and matching candidates with the right long-term opportunities.
• Providing market insights and expert recruitment advice.
• Achieving and exceeding personal and team targets.
  You will be working with clients across the UK focusing on the site resource such as design engineers, overhead line, tendering and quantity surveyors. You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you’ll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
