We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a portfolio of key clients, developing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role focuses on placing Registered Nurses of all experience levels and across specialities into public and private healthcare facilities. We are a successful Temp Nursing Agency looking to expand our client base into other States and Territories.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Annual Salary Range = $65,000 + super

Four weeks annual leave plus Birthday Day off

Past probation WFH (3 days in 2 days out)

COMMISSION STRUCTURE:

Commission paid once desk cost is reached

Commission is paid quarterly

Our office is located in Surry Hills. The office is a two-minute walk to Central Station with access to the trains, tram line and bus services connecting us to all parts of Sydney.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Core business development - this is a new desk
• Sourcing and registering new candidates
• Collating the required documentation for new employees - Police Checks, 100 points of ID etc
• Placing short-term and fixed-term contracts throughout Australia (mainly outback and regional locations)

Skills & Experience:

• PC literacy – intermediate office skills and exceptional communication skills
• Revenue driven - OTE $150K+
• Confident, capable and professional phone skills
• Attention to detail
