About the Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent for clients across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment, from building relationships with clients and candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals. We’ll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed in this highly rewarding and dynamic field.
You’ll need a passion for people, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed. This is an entry-level position, perfect for recent graduates ready to take their first step into a high-earning and fast-paced career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Sourcing candidates through various channels (advertisements, social media, networking, etc.)
• Conducting interviews and assessments to match the best candidates with job opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding
• Continuously developing your network of candidates and clients
• Meeting and exceeding targets for placements, client satisfaction, and business development

What We Offer:

• Salary: £25,400 - £29,000 + commission
• Uncapped commission: Realistic first-year earnings of £50k+, with high achievers earning six figures

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates or soon-to-be grads from any discipline
• Confident and professional with excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
• A positive attitude and team-oriented approach to work
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
