They value integrity, excellence, and innovation and are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their team and support their growth.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Due to recent growth, they are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant with an interest in the Freight and Logistics industry. In this role, you will assist in identifying and connecting talented professionals with their clients. You will support the recruitment process and build relationships with candidates and clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Interest in recruitment, ideally with some exposure to freight and logistics.
  • Basic understanding of the freight and logistics sector.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with an eagerness to build relationships.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A motivated mindset with a desire to provide excellent service.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work 10-7 on weekdays (except Friday)
  • Experience in the US market is a bonus
Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates in the freight and logistics sector.
  • Learn about client needs and market trends to support tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
  • Help manage the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and communicating feedback.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance your recruitment knowledge.
  • Support business development efforts by recognizing potential clients and opportunities.
