Job responsibilities: - Participate in business development activities to expand client portfolio and market presence. - Source, screen, and interview candidates for client vacancies using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and career development. - Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets. - Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, candidate interviews, and feedback sessions. Job requirements: - Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries. - Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Preferably CEI certified.
