As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers with top talent while growing and managing your own desk. You will: Take full ownership of an established desk, nurturing existing relationships while driving new business growth Source, screen, and place candidates into both locum and permanent roles across Australia Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisations Identify new opportunities, negotiate terms, and secure client agreements Deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with your team to share insights and contribute to overall business success Stay across market trends and position yourself as a trusted expert in your space What will you bring to the role? Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within healthcare A strong track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and account management Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Drive, resilience, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to growth High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements is highly regarded Who will you be working for?
