• Conducting thorough searches on various online platforms to identify potential candidates for live vacancies
• Creating engaging emails and message to attract attention and interest
• Utilise various platforms and tools, including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and internal CRM, to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
• Conducting initial phone calls with a strong sales aptitude to inform candidates on the role and client
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
