As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be working on Permanent job vacancies across the UK. You will be given full training, continued support and guidance, working within a team-focused environment. We’re looking for either an experienced Recruitment Consultant who’s keen to build on the foundations of their work so-far, or for someone who is new to recruitment who wants to develop within this field.
THE REQUIREMENTS OF A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
· Commercial experience, whether that’s experience working in recruitment previously, customer service / administrative background, or a graduate who’s done some paid employment alongside studying.
· Personable; we’re people, working with people, hiring people, so you need to be a people person!
· Can-do attitude: We’re after someone with a positive mindset who’s dedicated and committed to delivering the very best service time and time again.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
· Generating new business.
· Attracting and sourcing the best candidates for our clients through adverts, LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
· Providing excellent service to all candidates.
· Managing and developing client relationships.
· Managing the interview processes for both candidates and clients.
· Negotiating job offers for candidates.
· Keeping internal systems updated with relevant client and candidate information.
