Recruitment Consultant
Runcorn (WA7) Momday- Tuursday in office 9am - 5.30pm, Friday work from home.
Salary and package: £26,000 - 35,000 basic salary DOE, car allowance after you have passed probation, 20 - 33% commission of everything you generate over threshold, 25 days annual leave, free parking, pension.
Harrison Sands are hiring for 2 Recruitment Consultants to join a Runcorn based boutique recruitment agency, supplying contingent and retained staff into the UK’s life science market. This business focus on placing into jobs at mid to senior level and purely work on a permanent supply basis.
We are open to background of the consultants who join, with this being a niche sector, most of the existing team have either joined as a Trainee Consultant from a sales background or a Recruitment Consultant from another area looking to move into quality led placement.
You will be joining a small, but established team, it’s an environment led by quality of service and strategic relationship build, so no KPIs and CV send out targets!
Applicants should have a background in quality led sales or recrutiment delivery/ consultancy (ideally from a permanent or professional services sector) and the ability to deal with senior level client stakeholders on a daily basis.
