Salary: £27,000 – £38,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Join the Galago Group and take your place in Nursdoc (our Healthcare division) as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in temporary staffing. In this role, you’ll secure and manage placements across healthcare, supported by a trusted brand and a dedicated back-office team.

• Generate new business via job boards, CRM data, and advertising platforms.
• Build relationships with HR, hiring managers, and decision-makers to promote temporary staffing solutions.
• Manage urgent, short-notice booking requests efficiently.
• Log activities, client updates, and follow-ups on the CRM.
• Achieve agreed weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
