QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the UAE.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales (healthcare knowledge is a bonus).
  • Passion for supporting others to progress in their careers.
  • Comfortable being involved in social media (no content editing required).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms for candidate searching is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for business development and relationship building.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple candidates and business relationships.
  • Autonomous/able to work independently, and happy to work within a small team.

Responsibilities
  • Candidate Pre-Placement Support: Assist candidates with professional registration and onboarding questions. We will provide you with a strong pipeline of candidates with resources and support provided. Additional candidate sourcing is encouraged for those looking to increase earnings.
  • Candidate Placement: Manage and place candidates with our existing network of partnered businesses, including candidate phone screens, organising interviews, and reference checks.
  • Business Development: Outreach to businesses across our network to expand our partnerships.
  • Candidate Post Placement Support: Follow up with candidates once they have started roles, including linking candidates with others in the same location with potential to organise socials.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM system updated with candidate information and placement status, as well as business details.
