In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your desk, managing both clients and candidates across temporary and permanent placements, while building lasting partnerships and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING / REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales style, you understand how to build trust, solve client challenges, and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Proven success hitting (and exceeding) targets, with the drive and resilience to thrive under pressure.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills, enabling you to balance multiple roles, clients, and priorities efficiently.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude you take ownership, deliver results, and constantly look for ways to improve and grow.
