THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Human Resources team in Sydney on a 12-month maximum term contract. Known internally as a Senior Recruitment Adviser, you will support our firm to recruit candidates who reflect the HSF Kramer values of Human, Bold and Outstanding.
Whilst subject to change, your portfolio will consist of predominantly focus on Business Services teams (i.e. Finance, Information Technology, Client Services, Office Services and Legal Support), in addition to recruiting for Legal practice groups from time to time.
As part of a national team, you will work closely with recruitment colleagues and HR Business Partners to drive forward recruitment efforts to secure the best possible talent for each opportunity.
At HSF Kramer, we champion flexible work but also value relationships built in person. As such, you will be expected to attend the office at least 3 days per week in accordance with our Agile60 policy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • demonstrable experience in an internal recruitment role, ideally within the legal industry or a closely related industry;
  • agency experience (in addition to internal) is advantageous;
  • tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce, Law, or a related field;
  • a highly professional communication style and commitment to providing a high service standard to all candidates, agency partners and internal stakeholders;
  • strong attention to detail and an ability to balance competing priorities;
  • an ability to network and build positive and genuine working relationships, both internally and externally;
  • experience driving direct sourcing initiatives; and
  • a willingness to collaborate openly with your recruitment colleagues, sharing expertise and balancing workloads to support the overall success of the team.
