Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure high-quality candidates for a variety of roles, including Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and administrative support function roles. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we build a strong, committed workforce that shares our vision and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage recruitment for multiple roles across our services.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build relationships with candidates, understanding their motivations and ensuring they align with our ethos.
  • Create engaging job adverts and manage job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen CVs, facilitate face-to-face interviews, attend events and complete tours of our homes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and advise on best practices.
  • Work closely with our Onboarding Team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline through talent pooling and networking.
  • Promote Home From Home Care as an employer of choice, showcasing our culture and the value we place on our people.
