RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – INDUSTRIAL

ITS Building People are searching for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our office in Southampton, focusing on the Industrial Sector.
Due to growth, we are currently expanding our disciplines and looking to start up a new division within our blue-collar team. We already have well established and successful construction and engineering teams supplying both freelance and permanent candidates and we’re now looking for an additional sector to compliment this with a largely transferable database.

· You will be part of a busy, fast paced sales team establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with candidates & clients.
· You will attract new candidates using various techniques including outbound calls, marketing, advertising, using social media.
· You will be required to generate new business and grow your desk of temporary construction placements using various techniques including strategic outbound calls, overseeing and developing new client accounts and arranging client visits and meetings.
