Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a vital part of our recruitment delivery team, qualifying candidates, managing them through interview processes, and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience at every stage. You’ll also be involved in sourcing outstanding talent and working closely with our Project Coordinator to ensure seamless client submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualification Calls: Conduct 30-minute calls with senior-level candidates to gather information such as career background, salary expectations, notice period, and qualifications.
  • Candidate Submissions: Collaborate with our Project Coordinator to assess suitability, prepare detailed application overviews, and present candidates to clients.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Inform candidates of interview invitations and, where required, liaise directly with client HR/administrative teams to arrange times.
  • Interview Preparation: Run 30-minute prep calls to help candidates feel confident and well-prepared for client interviews.
  • Interview Feedback: Speak with candidates post-interview to gather feedback, address concerns, and outline next steps; produce written feedback summaries for clients.
  • Candidate Check-Ins: Maintain regular contact with candidates to monitor engagement, assess interest levels, and flag potential risks to the recruitment process.
  • Inflow Feedback: Deliver outcome feedback to unsuccessful candidates via email or phone; send Trustpilot review requests post-process.
  • Resourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify suitable candidates for new roles and screen inbound applications for fit.
