ITS Building People in Horsham are a well-established Construction recruitment agency based near the centre of town. With over 20 years experience supplying Trades, Labour & Management staff on a Temporary & Permanent basis.
As always, we are looking to develop our business and therefore, we are actively searching for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Trades & Labour team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join an already established team. The role will be being part of a busy, fast paced sales team, establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with a mix of blue chip and SME clients, within the Sussex area. The role is to attract business from construction clients, source candidates and build a successful weekly plan of temporary trades and labour staff.
