JMC, the UK’s top legal recruitment agency, is looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team at Bristol HQ on a warm desk with established clients so you can earn commission from month one.
This opportunity has arisen due to a Senior Recruiter transitioning to a new role within JMC. The Senior Recruiter will provide full support as you take over existing work and cultivate established relationships, enabling you to achieve success quickly.

What we are looking for:

• Highly adaptable, ambitious, and motivated individuals.
• Phone-based sales experience is essential.
• The ideal candidate would be from a legal recruitment background, or recruiters looking to change from other high-value candidate sectors
• Prior recruitment experience is not essential, but we would like to hear from applicants with sales backgrounds or demonstrable commercial acumen
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Commercial acumen & entrepreneurial spirit.
• An open mindset with a focus on learning and self-improvement.
• No degree required however office experience preferable.
