Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify and represent candidates and introduce them to new jobs

• Target and win new clients to help with their hiring needs

• Use Bullhorn our CRM system to accurately code and track your days

• Be confident on the phone, calling candidates and clients daily
