  • Conducting initial candidate screenings and gathering key information

  • Coordinating interview schedules and liaising with candidates and clients
  • Supporting the team with essential administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Building strong relationships with candidates to encourage engagement and trust
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Always maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

You’ll be speaking to a wide range of people daily, gathering insights to help make the perfect candidate match.
