What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing recruitment processes from advertising through to placement
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
• Managing candidate pipelines and talent pools
• General recruitment and HR administration
• Working closely with the wider team to meet recruitment targets
• Delivering a positive candidate experience from start to finish

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with previous recruitment experience who is confident, organised, motivated and genuinely loves dealing with people.

You’ll be someone who:

• Has experience working within recruitment or talent acquisition
• Is confident interviewing and screening candidates
• Loves picking up the phone and speaking with people
• Can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Has great energy and a positive attitude
• Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Enjoys being part of a fun, collaborative team
• Wants to continue growing their career within recruitment
